Return & Refund Policy

From day one, we've believed in the Dahlia Period Pain Device. We know it can help you manage your period pain, but we also understand that all bodies and journeys are different. If our period cramp relief device doesn’t help with your pain or if you change your mind, you have 100 days from delivery to request a return and get your money back.

Note: Our 100 days returns policy ONLY applies to customers in Australia, New Zealand & The United States. 

Returns Policy

  • The customer will cover the return shipping costs. 
  • Original shipping charges (such as express/international shipping and import taxes) will not be refunded.
  • You have 100 days from receiving your device to start your return process.
  • Our refund policy is limited to one device per customer.
  • We do not refund Replacement Gel Pads bought individually. 
Please email us with your order number and name to hello@dahliabody.co within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. 
We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Dahlia Body will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Note: If you’re returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
