How does the Dahlia Tens Machine work?
A transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (also known as TENS unit) is a chargeable device that some people use to treat pain.
TENS units work by delivering small electrical impulses through electrodes that have adhesive gel pads to attach them to a person’s skin.
These electrical impulses flood the nervous system, reducing its ability to transmit pain signals to the body.
The same electrical impulses also stimulate the body to produce natural pain relievers called endorphins.

How often can I use the Dahlia Tens Machine?
We advise you to use Dahlia for a minimum of one hour - but it may be used for much longer if your pain is persistent. Dahlia can be used for several days in succession.
I have PCOS/Adenomyosis/Endo/Fibroids. Can I use a Dahlia Tens Machine?
Absolutely! The Dahlia Tens Device is designed to provide pain relief for users suffering from PCOS, Adenomyosis, Endo and Fibroids.
What body parts can I use the Dahlia Tens Machine on?
Dahlia is most commonly used on the lower stomach and lower back. As good as it may feel, we do not recommend using Dahlia on your face, neck, chest or thorax and this can be dangerous.
I have an IUD. Can I use a Dahlia Tens Machine?
You certainly can! If you’re unsure, we recommend speaking with your doctor to discuss weather Dahlia is right for you.
Is it safe to sleep with the Dahlia Tens Machine?
We do not recommend using the Dahlia TENs device while you are sleeping.
How long is the battery life?
The battery will last 8-10 sessions per charge.
Are there any side effects?
Dahlia is safe to use. As with any device, possible reactions may occur. These include isolated instances of burns, irritation to the skin, allergic reactions to the gel or adhesive on the gel pad and headaches or migraines during or after stimulation.
If any of these symptoms appears, discontinue use immediately.
I have a cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or any implanted electronic device. Can I use Dahlia?
No. Use of Dahlia in proximity to electronic monitoring equipment may result in equipment malfunction.
How old do I need to be to use Dahlia?
We recommend all Dahlia users be over the age of 16.
Can I use Dahlia if I am pregnant?
Unfortunately no. Please store Dahlia safely away until it is safe for you to use again.

Can I track my order?
Certainly! All orders will automatically come with tracking regardless of Standard or Express shipping.
Your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you are unable to locate this in your inbox we suggest jumping into that pesky junk folder to see if it has accidentally made it's way there.

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you want to change your order please email hello@dahliabody.co with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however our warehouse sissys may have already sent it out. (They can't help it! They love to get sh** done!)
What's the situation with refunds and returns and stuff?
We will happily offer a store credit or exchange for a new item should there be a fault with your Dahlia Tens Machine.

Will you ship to me internationally?
We'd LOVE to! Our Australian Warehouse ships everywhere except Bahamas, Belize, Bolivia, Brunei Darussalam, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Union of the Comoros, Dominica, Eswatini (Swaziland), Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Laos, Libya, Lithuania, Martinique, Montenegro, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, São Tomé and Principe, St. Kitts and Nevis, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Venezuela, Yemen.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, within 2 business days.
What if an item is out of stock?
If we run out of stock after you've already placed your order we will apologise profusely and then offer you the option of waiting until it's back in stock or offer a refund.
I placed an order during a public holiday. When will my item be shipped?
During public holidays and holiday season, please allow up to 7 extra business days for dispatch, shipping and transit times. You will automatically receive a shipping notification to advise you that your order has been packed and is ready for shipping. We thank you for your patience and support during this time. I can't seem to track my parcel anymore. What now?
Dahlia Body will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked free shipping is selected, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
Can I get a refund on shipping if something goes wrong in transit?
Dahlia Body is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs if products are lost, delayed or damaged in transit. Dahlia is also not responsible if shipments are sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. Please double check your shipping information is correct before you place an order.
